Entrecard is kind of worthless. A lot of time to approve advertisers and to run ads while no one clicks on the ads.
Entrecard can help you to connect to other people with similar interests and it's good in that. I don't think the ads bring many visitors, rather some people who click by accident or blog authors clicking on their ads as a way of compensation for the credits the ads cost.
Entrecard is an useful platform to connect many bloggers. Besides from EC, I have found many interesting blogs out there
